we accept WSTER UNION,BANK TRANSFER,MONEYBOOKS,VISA CARD as payment method.(it need extra 4% of total sum for service charge by paying by visa,and visa card must be verified). Shipping will handled in 1-2 days after payment confirmed by EMS and a tracking number will offered. We also provide TNT and DHL shipping for emergency order when customers asked for.

Q: What grade of the product on your site, is it authentic
A: The product on our web is all made from original ones, but they aren¡¯t original ones themselves.We import the material and hardware from Italy, and have own factories in Asia. The bags also come with the receipts and shopping bag.
Q: Is the price on web for retail? Incl shipping?
A: The price on web is incl shipping to USA, no minimum order. If you buy less than 3 products, you will be charged $10-$30 extra shipping fee which depends on the country you located.

It may cost some extra shipping fee for parts of large sized products.

Q: Is all bags on web available?
A: Most of the bags are all available and can be shipped in 2 day after payment. But due to the numerous orders we handled every day, some bags will be out of stock sometimes, we will answer your order and inform the earliest availability.
Q: Do you guarantee customs clearance?
A: No. However 99% of our customer receive their products successfully. We are more willing to ship the bags in small packages to different address you offered to avoid such issue.

Q: How long it takes to receive the order?
A: We ship in 2 days after payment cleared. And tracking number will be offered. Most orders take 3-7 days for delivery.
Q: What¡¯s your return policy?
A: We accept return in 2 condition: Product Defects and Delivery Mistake. Returns and exchange are accepted on items that have not been worn, used or washed, with all tags attached. All merchandise has to be in it¡¯s original plastic wraps. Items returned without original plastic on will be returned to customer. You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 7 days of receipt of purchase, You will need to provide us with a tracking number with your return/exchange package. We will subtract return items value in your next order.
